A fit check, not a form.

A short note before you write

Who we are. Who we are not. Who we want to hear from.

Kazzate is a 22-person strategy studio in Brooklyn. We were founded in 2019 by former brand leads from Pentagram, Wieden+Kennedy, and Atlassian's Brand Studio, and we work on a single engagement model: a six-week, founder-led sprint that ends in a launch-ready brand book, messaging house, and site. We do not staff accounts with juniors, we do not run media buys, and we do not produce retainer deliverables. The work we ship is the work we sign.

We are not a full-service agency, we are not a content shop, and we are not the right fit if your priority is a polished sales deck before next Tuesday. We are also not the right fit if you want to be sold to — our intake is capped precisely so that nobody on our team is selling anything at all.

We want to hear from growth-stage founders and CMOs who are 60 to 180 days away from a raise, a launch, or a rebrand, and who are willing to be told hard things about their positioning in week one. If that sounds like you, the form below goes straight to the founders' desks. We reply within two business days, and we will tell you plainly if the timing is wrong.

Fit

We say yes when…

  1. 01

You are Series A through C, with a real go-to-market to defend.

Pre-seed experiments and F500 RFP responses both fall outside our wheelhouse. The sweet spot is a growth-stage team with revenue, a pipeline, and a story that hasn't caught up yet.

  2. 02

You are 60 to 180 days from a raise, a launch, or a rebrand.

Our work is built for inflection points. If the timeline is six months away, the timing is wrong; if it is next Friday, the timing is also wrong.

  3. 03

The founder or CMO is in the room, every week.

We work founder-led by design. If decision authority sits three layers down, the engagement will not move at the pace the work demands.

  4. 04

    You can absorb a six-week, senior-only engagement.

The flagship is six weeks, full senior attention, no junior hand-offs. The investment is meaningful, and the output is meant to be — it ships a launch-ready brand book, messaging house, and conversion-optimized site.

Before you book

Four questions we get every week.

What does the timeline actually look like?
The flagship engagement runs six weeks end to end — discovery and 40+ customer interviews in week one, narrative and messaging architecture in weeks two and three, identity and site in weeks four and five, launch and handover in week six. The 60-minute intensive is a paid precursor that aligns scope before kickoff.
What does it cost?
Engagements are scoped to your stage and surface area. We share a fixed-fee range on the intensive call, alongside what is and is not included. We do not run hourly billing and we do not pad scope.
What should we prepare before the intensive?
Bring your current positioning in whatever shape it is in, the three metrics you most want to move, and the names of two competitors you secretly admire. A short pre-read (under ten minutes) lands in your inbox once the call is confirmed.
What happens after the intensive?
If we are a fit, you receive a written scope, fee, and start date within 48 hours. If we are not, you receive a written explanation and, where useful, a short list of studios better suited to the work. Either way, the intensive is yours to keep.
