Strategy & Identity Studio · Est. 2019 · Brooklyn

Brand strategy, sharpened. Shipped in six weeks.

A strategist's desk: coffee, notebook, and brand sketches in a sunlit Brooklyn studio.

The Engagement

The Kazzate Method — four chapters, six weeks, no hand‑offs.

Every engagement is founder-led and senior-only. No interns. No account-manager middle layer. You move through four named chapters, each with a tangible artifact you keep.

  1. 01

    Week 1

    The Pour

Forty-plus customer interviews, a competitive read, and a founder intake. We surface the market's unwritten rules — and where the brief is wrong.

    Artifact: a 24-page market & audience dossier.

  2. 02

    Week 2–3

    The Stir

Narrative architecture: positioning, value props, voice, and the story spine. We draft three distinct strategic directions and pressure-test each.

Artifact: a positioning & messaging house.

  3. 03

    Week 4–5

    The Settle

Identity system, verbal identity, and site architecture — built around the chosen narrative. We design to convert, not to decorate.

    Artifact: a launch-ready brand book & site.

  4. 04

    Week 6

    The Ship

Launch rehearsal, internal enablement, and a 90-day measurement plan tied to pipeline and activation. The book leaves the studio. The work stays yours.

Artifact: a 90-day pipeline uplift report.

The Speed Differential

Six weeks. Not six months.

Diagnostic Instrument

Before we name the brand, we measure the blur.

The Clarity Index™ is the proprietary instrument we run across every engagement. We score narrative tightness, market distinctiveness, voice consistency, and conversion architecture across forty weighted signals — then plot the trajectory across the six weeks so the founder can see, in numbers, when the brand stops sounding like everyone else and starts sounding like itself.

It's the closest thing our industry has to a diagnostic for "we're growing, but nobody can explain why they should pick us." It has been run across 180+ engagements, and it is the single artifact our clients reference most after launch.

A note from the studio

We took this job because the deck is usually broken.

Kazzate started in 2019 with three of us, a long table in a Brooklyn loft, and a shared frustration: growth-stage companies were paying agencies for sixty-page decks and getting back brands nobody could repeat at a dinner. The first thing we wrote on the wall was — name the blur, then name the brand.

Six years later, that line is still on the wall. We've kept the studio small on purpose — twenty-two senior people, no interns, eighteen new clients a quarter — because the work only stays sharp if the people doing it are the same people in the room. If you're reading this between raises, launches, or rebrands, we built the studio for you.

Booking Q3 2025

Sixty minutes. One sharp read of your brand.

The Strategy Intensive is a 60-minute working session with a founding partner — not a discovery call. We come prepared, walk through your current positioning, and leave you with three concrete moves. We take on 18 new clients per quarter, by design.

Book a Strategy Intensive

No deck, no pitch — a working session. Or write to [email protected].

Frequently asked, plainly answered.

Who is the Kazzate Method for?

Growth-stage DTC and SaaS founders — typically Series A through C — preparing for a raise, a launch, or a rebrand. We work best with teams who have traction but a fuzzy position. We do not work with F500 enterprise accounts.

What does the six-week engagement actually ship?

A launch-ready brand book (positioning, voice, identity system), a messaging house, and a conversion-optimized site. We don't hand off a deck. You ship a brand.

Why founder-led, and why does it matter?

Because senior attention is the only thing we can't scale. A founding partner runs every engagement end-to-end — no junior hand-offs, no account-manager middle layer. It's why we cap intake at 18 new clients per quarter.

How fast can we start?

We're currently booked out 4–6 weeks in advance. Booking a Strategy Intensive is the first step — it locks in your quarter and gives us the room to prep properly before the engagement begins.

What does it cost?

Engagement pricing depends on scope and category. The Strategy Intensive itself is a paid working session — not a free discovery call — and the fee is credited toward the engagement if we move forward together.
